SUMMARY:Work Ethics Workshop
DESCRIPTION:This orkshop is designed to reinforce the professional standards and behaviors that contribute to a positive\, productive\, and respectful workplace. Participants will learn the importance of conducting themselves professionally at work\, maintaining a positive attitude\, demonstrating accountability\, and treating coworkers\, leadership\, and customers with respect. \nThe workshop will also cover workplace expectations such as adhering to the company dress code\, maintaining punctuality and attendance\, communicating effectively\, and following proper procedures when calling off from work. Additionally\, employees will gain a better understanding of workplace professionalism\, integrity\, responsibility\, teamwork\, and how their actions contribute to the overall success of the organization. \nAny person with a disability who requires a modification or accommodation in order to participate in these activities should direct such requests to the ADA Coordinator\, at 951.413.3350 at least 72 hours before the activity.
