Meet with a professional job coach over the phone to ensure you’re ready for the next step in your career. 30-minute sessions are available on weekdays to review your resume or LinkedIn profile or practice a mock interview. Don’t miss this opportunity to receive valuable feedback and gain the confidence you need to present yourself to your future employer!

Did you know you can receive exclusive access to learn skills like building an app, designing a website, using Excel or Photoshop, or marketing a product? The BERC offers a limited number of free LinkedIn Learning licenses for one year to access thousands of on-demand classes just like these. All you have to do is sign up and attend a quick online information session.

Veterans and spouses can benefit from free premium LinkedIn services for an entire year. This partnership between LinkedIn and the DoD aims to help veterans and military spouses build their professional networks.

US Vets – Inland Empire
Based out of March Air Reserve Base in Moreno Valley, supports over 400 Veterans in both Riverside and San Bernardino Counties with housing, including emergency, transitional and permanent low-income housing, counseling, career development and comprehensive support for Veterans and their families.
VA Loma Linda (HUD-VASH) – Homeless Veterans
VA’s specialized programs for homeless Veterans serve hundreds of thousands of homeless and at-risk Veterans each year. Independently and in collaboration with federal and community partners, VA programs provide Veterans with housing solutions, employment opportunities, health care, justice- and reentry-related services and more.
Moreno Valley Public Library Veterans Connect
The Moreno Valley Public Library in partnership with the California Department of Veterans Affairs (CalVet) provides opportunities for Veterans and their families to learn about state and federal benefits including:

The Mission of MVPvets is to assist, and prepare, transitioning military Veterans for meaningful employment in life science companies. MVPvets brings Veterans, Mentors and Employers together, through job matching, one-on-one mentoring, online learning and on-the-ground career-building endeavors.
