Moreno Valley Medical CenterMoreno Valley is home to two major medical campuses – Riverside University Health Systems Medical Center (RUHS), and Kaiser Permanente Medical Center – and several community-based urgent care clinics. With a current population of more than 2.4 million living within 20 miles of Moreno Valley, and land available for development, Moreno Valley is the future medical hub of the Inland Empire.

The City of Moreno Valley is targeting the Health & Wellness sector/industry for substantial expansion to meet the current and future health care service needs in western Riverside County.

RUHS_logo_4c Riverside University Health Systems Medical Center (RUHS) is a 439-bed hospital that provides more than 60 hospital-based primary and specialty care clinics in Moreno Valley. RUHS also serves as the County’s only Level II Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, and is home to the only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in Riverside County. RUHS is underway with their visionary expansion plans, including opening the first of six 200,000 square foot medical office buildings.
kaiser_permanente (1) The 101-bed Kaiser Permanente Medical Center features a 12-bed Emergency Department, and 14 labor and delivery room beds. With continued growth expected in this geographic region, Kaiser Permanente is under construction on their 1.125 million square foot master plan expansion, incorporating advanced technologies and environmentally friendly features.
