The National Veterans Center will be hosting an event for small businesses, discussing how to build a business plan as a strategic roadmap for your company.
Topics to be covered:
– Executive Summary: Company overview including legal structure
– Who is your best target audience?
– Marketing & Promotion: How to establish a high “Perceived Value”
– Products/Services: Showcase your core products/services
– Financial Plan: How to create a Budget, projections and breakeven
