SB 1343 requires all supervisors with 5 or more employees (full-tme, part-time, or temporary) to have two hours of sexual harassment prevention training.

Participants of this SCORE webinar will understand the definition of unlawful sexual harassment under the FEHA and Title VII of the Civil Rihjts Act of 1964 and what types of conduct that constitutes harassment. Participants will understand the complaint process and it’s limited confidenttially. This workshiop will also discuss victim resources, and the obligation of the employer to conduct an investigation for all harassment complaints.
