This event is a HYBRID program — you may attend online or in person — and will offer a basic overview of accounting and finance principles for small business, providing the framework to make timelier and accurate business decisions.

The training program will be presented by an OCIE SBDC business consultant and will cover:

• Financial statements
• Ratio analysis
• Horizontal and vertical analysis
• Cash flow management
