Options for Moreno Valley diners have expanded with the grand opening of the City’s newest restaurant, Country Kitchen, located at 12980 Day St Suite 101 in The Quarter, MoVal’s award-winning new commercial development at the northeast corner of Day and Eucalyptus. What was once a concrete batch plant has been transformed into a marquee commercial project anchored by two hotels, retail shops and a variety of restaurants.
Mayor Yxstian Gutierrez joined with the Country Kitchen owners and members of the Chamber of Commerce to ceremonially cut the ribbon for the new establishment.
“It is my pleasure, on behalf of the City of Moreno Valley, to welcome Country Kitchen to our community,” said Mayor Gutierrez. “As a former business owner, I appreciate the determination it takes to open a business in normal times, let alone during a pandemic. So I urge residents to come and explore The Quarter and patronize these new businesses, including Country Kitchen.”
For over 80 years, Country Kitchen has been serving fresh, homemade breakfasts featuring skillets and light and fluffy pancakes, and hearty lunches, like juicy burgers and home-style sandwiches. Country Kitchen also offers outdoor dining for pandemic safety.
